How to: Add an annual event.
Solution:
Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Annual Event...'. Type the event information and choose 'OK'.
1) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Annual Event...'. (The Annual Event dialog box appears.)

2) Type the desired date in the 'Annual Event on' box (or click on the down arrow to select a date from a calendar).
3) Type a description of the event in the 'Description' box.
EXAMPLE: Annual Picnic
4) Select the 'Set Reminder' box to set a reminder.
NOTE: A bell icon appears next to the annual event in the schedule.
5) Select the 'Private' box to make the event private.
NOTE: A key icon appears next to the annual event in the schedule.
6) Click 'OK'. (The annual event is added to the schedule.)
